The room at Katholische Akademie Schwerte was cozy and comfortable with a homely vibe. I loved the free WiFi, perfect for staying connected. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower. The desk was useful for getting work done. a delightful stay!

The only thing I disliked was the lack of a bathtub in the private bathroom. Not a dealbreaker though, as the shower was still great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and natural setting. I enjoyed exploring the forest behind the hotel in the morning and even had the opportunity to visit the nearby cemetery with its interesting gravestones. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, with a beautiful view of the forest. The hotel also offers facilities for older or disabled people, including a lovely little chapel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel has ample parking space and offers free coffee. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a variety of options including warm food like scrambled eggs and bacon.

Clean rooms, and the forest view from the big rooms made mornings even better. Close to town and Dortmund - with facilities for older or disabled guests. Staff was friendly and helpful – they even offered a free coke on arrival! The new - comfortable bathroom was a nice surprise. The quiet location and the chapel added to the peaceful ambience. Oh, and free coffee!

We had a great Easter break at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome with a free drink upon arrival. Secondly, the rooms were modern and comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom. The hotel's location in a quiet natural setting was a big plus, with a beautiful forest just behind it.

One downside was that the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which could be inconvenient for those without a car or who prefer to be closer to the action. Additionally, the reception was located up a flight of stairs, which could be challenging for older guests with heavy luggage.
